What is CUPOLEX®?

CUPOLEX® is a proprietary patented engineered dome concrete forming system manufactured by Cupolex Engineering Solutions Inc. CUPOLEX® are stay-in-place forms and are available at various sizes, depths and types to suit any site conditions or design requirements. Made from recycled materials, the forms provide maximum performance and guarantee superior characteristics of stability and resistance in its engineered applications to allow operations that are completed directly above the CUPOLEX® elements before and during the placement of the concrete.

How are CUPOLEX® Forms Used?

The concrete forms are supplied as part of a design package provided by CUPOLEX®.  CUPOLEX® engineers design concrete pavements, floors, slab foundations and structures by sustainably engineering the geometry of concrete through CUPOLEX® structural dome methodology. Every project is unique and our Licensed and Certified CUPOLEX® engineers review multiple structural CUPOLEX® systems and select the type and size of CUPOLEX® forms that are site specific and that will provide the ultimate performance to each project.  Once the project’s design drawings are prepared, the specified CUPOLEX® forms are then supplied to the contractors by CUPOLEX® to form the concrete cast-in-place structures as to the design and specifications provided by the CUPOLEX® design engineers.
